As much as we like to keep up with certain posts on our website, sometimes it’s easier to make a list! We hope you will come out and be a part of the awesome things God is doing at SHC - when the Holy Spirit is involved, there’s no telling what might happen!  Please keep up with our coming events - if you have any questions, concerns, etc., please email Pastor Luke for more info.

• THIS Saturday, August 8th: DTMAD in Pelham - meet @ SHC @ 8:30am for some yard work around our community
• THIS Sunday, August 9th: Esther Bible Study @ 3:45pm/Promotion Sunday for our older kids during the regular service
• Saturday, August 15th: Teacher Training for Kid’s Dock @ 9:00-11:00am
• Sunday, August 16th: Esther Bible Study @ 3:45pm
• Friday/Saturday, August 28th & 29th: Lighthouse @ Women of Faith conference in Atlanta

We’ll be having our monthly Lighthouse brunch this Sunday @ 10:00am @ Marie’s house.  If you’re a woman and need some time to hang out with the girls, bring some brunch food and join us!  We hope to see you there!

We love our new building, but it needs some TLC, so we’ve planned to work on a few Saturdays during the summer. Please be ready to help out - we need you! We’ll start THIS SATURDAY and work from 7:00am-12:00pm, and if you’re good, we’ll get lunch! The dates are:

The next Lighthouse brunch will be Sunday, May 31st @ 10:00.  We meet at Marie Miller’s house, bring lots of food, and have some great fellowship. This is a great opportunity to invite friends or family members that don’t go to church to come and hang out. We hope you can join us!

Lighthouse is the women’s ministry @ SHC, and we’re excited about how God is moving among women! Just so you know - we’ll be having brunch on the last Sunday of every month @ 10:00am. This is mainly for fellowship - we want brunch to be a time for women to hang out, vent, pray, invite others, etc.  We’ll also be meeting at church to do the Beth Moore ”Esther” Bible study starting May 10 @ 3:45pm!
